Capito at the Greenbrier, Mogus in Washington

Shelley Moore Capito was at the Greenbrier Resort Friday, hobnogging with her corporate buddies from the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

Meanwhile, one of her constituents, Joe Mogus is in pain.

Mogus is in dire need of hip replacement surgery.

But he has no health insurance.

So, Mogus put on a t-shirt yesterday that read: “World’s Best Healthcare?”

And travelled to Washington to visit his Congresswoman.
